Hannah Rose's new EP, Rachel, will be available for purchase and streaming on all platforms on Monday, February 17th.

Rachel explores the cycle of breakup. The first track, "I Wonder Where You Are," deals with the initial grief of loss. "Rachel" expresses a love of self, femininity, and individualism. This title track was written as a love song to the color pink (Rachel Pink), but more specifically as a declaration of independence and reliance on self. "Another Man" is an upbeat and playful track that reflects the feelings of moving on to newer and better things. "Shallow" is a more somber realization that after departure from the old, standing alone, and moving on, one find themselves in a similar place as the beginning of this cycle.

This collection of songs was inspired by poetry, travel, and heartbreak - among other things. The title track of this album was written in honor of the wisdom from Kahlil Gibran, and highlights the uncertainty of life. While this acoustic album has a soft, delicate sound; it is lyrically powerful and moving.
